I discovered acro three years ago on the banks of the Ganges River while traveling in India, and life has not been the same since! In acro, I found my tribe. I am in love with the practice, the community, and the values that embody acro. Playfulness, sense of adventure, authentic self expression, compassionate communication, and nonjudgmental open mindedness are so important to me and are so beautifully accentuated in acro practice and by the acro community.
