Hayley Silberg came to acroyoga through the world of gymnastics, a sport which she has been coaching for 21 years.

 

With 6 years of acroyoga experience, and a passion for nerdy biomechanics, Hayley loves teaching at and attending acro festivals all over the continent.

 

Outside of acro, Hayley is a geological engineer working in education technology and runs CAPTivate, Canada’s only adult gymnastics club.

 

She is married to Canada's national power tumbling coach and the mother of two energetic humans and one fluffy canine.
